Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a Grand Rapids, MI dentist, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, we ask you to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans, please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. The only plan we are In-Network with is Delta Dental PPO, North Park Family Dental does not participate in Health Management Organization (HMO) or Dental Maintenance Organization (DMO) plans nor do we accept Medicaid.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also accept Care Credit which allows for flexible payment options.  Please click on the link below for details.  We also offer a 5% discount on charges over $300 if paid the same day of service with cash or check.  This discount also applies to insurance copays over $300 with the exception of Delta Dental plans.
